Position: SAP VISTEX Systems Analyst - Multiple Positions

Experience: 6+ years in SAP VISTEX

Job Duties & Requirements:

  • Analyze business engines and other data processing problems to implement and improve ERP systems.
  • Collaborate with clientele to understand business and functional requirements and specifications to determine how to best translate them into SAP and Vistex.
  • Design and create functional requirements for SAP and Vistex system changes, and SAP system applications using principles from computer science program
  • Configure system enhancement where appropriate and co-ordinate testing of system modifications and ensure business acceptance.
  • Partner with the business post SAP/Vistex deployment teams to identify business processes that requires change in order, and support continuous operational improvements.
  • Analyze and evaluate SAP and Vistex system processes and user needs. Resolve critical SAP and Vistex development issues. Research, develop and propose both short and long term solutions to SAP and Vistex system requirements.
  • Support departmental function and usage of SAP modules, evaluate system requirements and implement solutions, as well as configure, modify and coordinate testing of released objects.
  • Perform and support System Design and Customization in IP modules for various customers in Configuration and Custom application design during UAT and Go-live, Post Go-Live.
  • Develop, create, document strategies, coordinate and execute standards, policies, methods and procedure for ERP business process, complex e-Commerce systems involving cross application integration.
  • Oversee, administer and coordinate system upgrades and patches for ERP business Sales, Distribution and Vistex process.
  • Configure IP Agreement types and Number ranges, Condition type groups and different condition types, Configure LIS tables, accrual and settlement profiles.
  • Support Vistex IP module Proof of Concept for e-commerce applications using SAP R/3, Vistex Incentives and Payback modules.
  • Provide technical assistance in the preparation of new system development proposals, and developing a SAP/Vistex user procedure and training curriculum.
  • Keep up with current ERP management trends, literature, and technologies to identify opportunities for improving business processes and assist in the preparation of proposals to develop new systems.

Experience: 2+ years in SAP VISTEX Programming 

Job Duties & Requirements:

  • Development of reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements and forms using Vistex technical skills
  • Provide technical assistance in the preparation of new system development proposals and developing a SAP/Vistex user procedure and training curriculum
  • Collecting and identifying the inputs required for different areas of Vistex like Agreements, Claims, IP document creation & calculations, accrual, settlement
  • Analyze and develop requirements for enhancements to existing system while ensuring that system design is aligned with user needs and overall business requirements
  • Research, develop and propose both short and long term solutions to SAP and Vistex system requirements
  • Execute and coordinate test cases, system integration testing, modify application configurations to resolve errors while ensuring business acceptance of application
  • Creating technical design and delivery of the technical architecture of a Vistex solution in addition to the overall solution architecture for that project
  • Understand the design specifications and process definitions
  • Complex enhancements are required to fulfil the gaps for Agreements, Claims and Incentive Payables through Vistex workbench.
  • Configure system enhancement where appropriate and co-ordinate testing of system modifications and ensure business acceptance

    • Perform root cause analysis with multi disciplines to identify the root cause for the design failure
