UI/UX Designer

Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled UI/UX Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will help shape the design and user experience of our products across web and mobile platforms. You’ll work closely with product teams to create intuitive and engaging designs that align with business goals and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define user requirements and translate them into engaging designs.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights, validate design decisions, and improve the user experience.
• Design and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across products and platforms.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure our products remain innovative.
• Ensure designs are accessible, responsive, and meet the highest standards of usability.
• Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprint cycles and contributing to design reviews.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the final implementation matches the intended design vision.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Should hold minimum Bachelor’s degree(or equal ant) or higher degree
• 3-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and completed projects
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability.
• Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
• Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with responsive design and best practices for mobile and web.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and defend design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile or cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Familiarity with design and prototyping tools like InVision, Proto.io, or similar.
• Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and practices.
• Previous experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or mobile app design.
