UI/UX Designer

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer with 3-7 years of hands-on experience to join our growing design team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, user-centric designs for web and mobile applications. Your work will directly impact the user experience and help shape the design direction of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a consistent, visually appealing, and user-friendly experience.
• Lead user experience design from concept to completion, including conducting user research, building wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into seamless user journeys.
• Conduct usability testing, user research, and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
• Create wireframes, flow diagrams, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI libraries to ensure consistency across products.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.
• Ensure designs are aligned with company branding and guidelines while delivering highly usable and accessible products.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Mentor junior designers and assist in the design team’s development.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-7 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and completed projects.
• Should hold minimum Bachelor’s degree(or equal ant) or higher degree
• Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, and/or other relevant software.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user research.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Ability to balance creativity with practicality and a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present and explain design ideas clearly.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• A solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability best practices.
• Experience working on both mobile and web applications.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with animation tools (e.g., Principle, After Effects) or interaction design.
• Knowledge of design systems and their implementation.
• Familiarity with front-end development practices and collaboration with developers.
• Experience with e-commerce, SaaS, or mobile app design.
